Indications: Prophylaxis of Venous Thromboembolism (VTE), Treatment of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and Pulmonary embolism (PE); Prevention of thrombus formation in extracorporeal circulation during hemodialysis; Acute Coronary Syndrome; Treatment of Unstable Angina and Non ST- segment elevation of Myocardial Infarction (NSTEMI); Treatment of acute ST-segment elevation of Myocardial Infarction
